Join Girls on the Run and Accept the President's Challenge!

The President’s Challenge partners with a variety of organizations to encourage people to stay active.   Girls on the Run, as one of these partners, is encouraging everyone to take part in the Million PALA Challenge (MPC). The MPC is offered by the President’s Challenge, a program of the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition. In partnership with the First Lady’s “Let’s Move!” initiative, the MPC goal is to get 1 million Americans to earn the Presidential Active Lifestyle Award (PALA) through September 2011. Girls on the Run has pledged to recruit 25,000 participants and we need your help!
