Girls On The Run - DC was extremely fortunate to be featured in a segment on Get Up DC on WUSA9 on Friday, March 31! 

WUSA9's GeAllison Seymour visited our Washington Latin Public Charter School Heart & Sole team for one of their weekly practices on Friday to learn more about our programming and the important lessons our programming teaches. Our Executive Director Devoria Armstead was also interviewed for the segment, where she discussed Girls On The Run - DC's mission and impact on our community.

WUSA9 and their partner, Easterns Automotive, generously presented our organization with $2,200 to support our program and our continuous mission to serve the youth of DC. We are incredibly thankful for their donation and their coverage of our great organization.
