Where do I get my race bib?

  • All runners will head to the Packet Pick-Up Tent between 7:00 am - 7:50 am. This includes Buddy Runners.
  • Girls on the Run-DC program participants will get their race bibs and pins from their Coaches at their Team Meeting Area on race day!

I'm Running with a team! Where will I meet them?

  • There will be corral-colored index signs along with PinkGreen, and Purple flags to help you recognize the area where you should meet your girl's team. Click here to find out what color your team is!
  • To avoid congestion at the finish line, your team will meet in this area immediately after they finish the 5K to receive their medals and take photos.
    • Note: only registered Spring 2024 program participants will receive a medal, anyone else running/walking the 5K will receive a race premium during check in at the Packet Pick Up Tent.

Other Important Reminders

  • Balloons are not permitted at Anacostia Park per National Park Service regulations.
  • Dogs are permitted to attend the 5K, but are not permitted to run the race. They must be up-to-date on shots and on a non-retractable leash.
